Neopets or originally called Neo Pets is made by Donna Williams and Adam Powell and NeoPets was categorized as a virtual pet and they have their official website called Neopets.com.

I can’t compare Neopets on Webkinz much more but I’m sure lots of kids are loving this virtual toys or pets. I recently made a post about Webkinz and lots of kids love those virtual pets and I hope Neopets fanatics can found me and get some free Neopets tricks and tips.
